Mrs. Diane Schweikert won the award for the Best Decorated House that showed Tide Pride. The contest was conducted during football season in September and October and was a fundraiser sponsored by the Football Mothers Boosters. The contest was judged by the club’s leaders, and results were based on the amount of support each home showed for PASD.

Q: What is the name of the award you won?

A: The Best Decorated House that showed Tide Pride.

 

Q: What did you decorate with?

A: Lights, two football jerseys, PBIS sold Roll Tide signs, red/white tulle.

 

Q: When you heard that you won the award, how did you feel?

A: Happy because I never win anything.

 

Q: Why did you enter the contest?

A: I love to decorate.

 

Q: Did anyone help you decorate your house?

A: Yes, two friends.

 

Q: How do you show your Tide Pride?

A: I try to go to as many sporting events as I can. I am Tide proud.
